Cave Creek Regional Park is a stunning location for the Luminaria Run. Come and see for yourself. It is a vehicle-free roadway lit on both sides by luminaria traveling through some of the most beautiful desert scenery around.
Desert Foothills Theater and Desert Foothills Youth Theater artists will be on hand to provide pre-race, post-race and on-course entertainment for the runners.
And it is being timed once again by Peggy and Mike and the friendly folk at All Arizona Running Events Company.
So come on out and enjoy this beautiful holiday run.
One of the best and easiest ways to support the race is to volunteer! Whether it is placing and lighting the bags, working the water stops, showing off your fabulous holiday decorating skills or helping with registration, we have a task for you! Click on our "Volunteer" tab above for details!
NOTE: Parking is still at the rodeo grounds and participants will walk to new start/finish. Please take Carefree Highway to 24th Street. Go north on 24th Street to Maddock (just north of Cloud). Turn right on Maddock and you will drive straight into the rodeo grounds. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE DRIVEWAY. There is ample parking in the parking lot and the entrance to the staging area is on the northeast side of the rodeo grounds parking area.
From the east you may also go to 32nd Street. Take 32nd Street north to Cloud Road. Take Cloud Road left to 28th Street. Then 28th Street north to the Arena parking entrance.
